Shipping, returns and payment

Shipping

Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. Below that, a flat $6.95 is added at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown on each listing; backordered items ship when restocked.

Returns

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Food and beverage items, including espresso pods, cannot be returned once opened.
• Freight items (for example the standing desk converter) cannot be returned once assembled.
• Bundles are returned as a whole; individual bundle components cannot be returned separately.

Payment

This storefront is a teaching fixture. There is no real checkout. In the CIS 4394 lab the agent's own place_order tool plays the merchant: it checks the spend cap, asks a human to approve, and records a simulated order. In a production system this step would be a checkout call under a standard such as ACP, AP2 or UCP.
